This voluntary reporting framework is a tool to monitor and support the application of the Code of Conduct by organizations developing advanced AI systems.
To complete the reporting framework
- Organizations are invited to complete the survey here .
- The reporting framework takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to complete, depending on the availability of information and internal coordination.
- It consists of 7 sections covering key areas of AI governance:
- Risk identification and evaluation
- Risk management and information security
- Transparency reporting on advanced AI systems
- Organizational governance, incident management, and transparency
- Content authentication & provenance mechanisms
- Research & investment to advance AI safety & mitigate societal risks
- Advancing human and global interests
Types of questions
- Yes/No questions with optional open text fields for further explanation.
- Open-ended questions allow organizations to provide detailed responses.
