This voluntary reporting framework is a tool to monitor and support the application of the Code of Conduct by organizations developing advanced AI systems.

To complete the reporting framework

  • Organizations are invited to complete the survey here .
  • The reporting framework takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to complete, depending on the availability of information and internal coordination.
  • It consists of 7 sections covering key areas of AI governance:
    1. Risk identification and evaluation
    2. Risk management and information security
    3. Transparency reporting on advanced AI systems
    4. Organizational governance, incident management, and transparency
    5. Content authentication & provenance mechanisms
    6. Research & investment to advance AI safety & mitigate societal risks
    7. Advancing human and global interests

Types of questions

  • Yes/No questions with optional open text fields for further explanation.
  • Open-ended questions allow organizations to provide detailed responses.
